These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover client work, which runs under its own signed agreements.

Who we are

This site is run by NurtixTech OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia. For anything about these terms, write to legal@nurtixtech.com.

What these terms cover

Use of nurtixtech.com only. Client engagements are governed by each signed master services agreement (MSA) and statement of work (SOW). Where those documents and this website differ, the signed documents prevail.

Nothing here is an offer

Figures, timelines and prices on this site describe how we usually work. They are not an offer and do not bind either side. A commitment exists only in a signed SOW.

Using the site

You may read the site, link to it and share its pages. Please do not try to disrupt it, test it for vulnerabilities outside the process in our security.txt, or copy it wholesale.

Intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams and marks on this site belong to NurtixTech OÜ. Quoting short passages with attribution is fine.

Client stories

Case studies are anonymised at our clients' request. The figures in them are the clients' own.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

No warranty for the site

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes go to Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
