[ WHAT WE BUILT ]

What we built.

A React Native app for iOS and Android that works fully offline. Jobs, checklists, photos and the customer signature are stored on the device and synced when signal returns. A Node.js sync API and PostgreSQL sit behind it, hosted on Google Cloud.

The React Native app stores jobs, photos and signatures on the device while offline and syncs them to a Node.js API on Google Cloud when signal returns; invoicing went from 9 days to 1 day. [ OUTCOME ]

Outcome.

Paper job sheets were eliminated, and invoicing went from 9 days to 1 day.

Our technicians work in basements with no signal. The app was built for that from the first phase, not patched for it later.
