Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data reaches us through this website, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
The controller of personal data collected through this site is NurtixTech OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia. For anything about your data, write to privacy@nurtixtech.com.
What the website collects
The site uses no analytics, no cookies and no tracking. It stores nothing in your browser to recognise you later.
The contact form does not send anything from the page. It opens your own email app with the message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical request logs (such as IP address, time and the page requested) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
What we receive when you email us
Your name, email address, company, the content of your message, and anything you choose to attach. We ask for nothing else.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. These are steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep a record of business correspondence. This is our legitimate interest in being able to refer back to what was agreed (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not add enquiries to marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal data.
Who sees it
- The people at NurtixTech who handle your enquiry.
- Our email provider and our hosting provider, as processors acting on our instructions under data processing terms.
- Professional advisers or public authorities, only where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Our engineering team works in Lviv, Ukraine. Ukraine does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, so where people there can see your correspondence, that access is covered by the Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for up to 24 months after the last message. If the conversation becomes a contract, we keep what contract and accounting law require us to keep, for as long as they require it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict our processing of it, or object to it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent, where processing relies on it.
Write to privacy@nurtixtech.com to use any of them. We answer within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tallinn), or to the data protection authority where you live or work. We would rather hear from you first, so we can try to put it right.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date below changes. If a change affects how we use data we already hold, we say so on this page.
