Discovery takes two weeks.
It costs a fixed €7,500. At the end you have three things, listed below.

- An architecture note
- A phase plan with prices

Each phase has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before it starts.
A demo every week
You see a demo every week.
When scope changes
A new request goes into the next phase, priced separately.

60 days of free fixes.
Every phase is followed by 60 days of free fixes. A defect is behaviour that differs from the agreed scope of the phase.

Support after launch.
After launch, support is a monthly retainer, from €2,900/month.

What if the estimate is wrong?
If we underestimate, that is our cost. Each phase has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before it starts.
Can we bring our own designers?
Yes. Clients may bring their own designers; ours then work on flows and the design system rather than visual design.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit.
What time zones do you cover?
We overlap with an EU full working day. UK: 7 hours. US East: 3–4 hours.
